Data everywhere; missed opportunities; zero relationship management; poor client communications; no history and little if any integration between systems. Unfortunately all too common problems.

Up to 20% of every day is wasted “trying to find stuff”. 55% of enquiries go unanswered – “lost” between the enquiry made through the firm’s website or reception desk and connecting with a Risk Management team member.

Add to this the fact that 40% of worker’s productivity time is lost when switching tasks. This costs the global economy $450B per year.

Firms have automated business processes.  Now they are looking to embed productivity tools directly into business processes to save time and get more productivity of their teams.
